Worked out from your real queue, so no one can make theirs look shorter than it is.

Your rules
You decide what assistants can do.
Free plan: always listed in the directory. Assistant bookings on or off.
Essentials: choose whether assistants book directly, need the customer to confirm, or only join the walk-in queue.
Pro: rules per service, limits per phone number, and a list of trusted assistants. You can also leave the directory.
On every plan you can hide your exact wait and show only “open, taking walk-ins”.
What we won't claim
- • Customers need to add Sedia to their assistant (ChatGPT or Claude) before it can use the directory. We're working to make that one tap from your ticket page.
- • Nobody can buy a higher ranking. Results are sorted by what the customer asked for.
- • For clinics, assistants filter only by the services you list. Sedia never suggests a clinic for a symptom.
